IFM Copysite
Terms and Conditions
1. This agreement is between IFM Russian Introductions of PO Box 4081, Hornchurch, Essex. RM12 5AZ hereinafter referred to as IFM and the person whose details appear on the application form to which these conditions attach hereinafter referred to as 'you', 'your', the 'Copysite Owner’ or the 'Copysite Applicant'. The web site located at 'www.ifm-intros.co.uk' is hereinafter referred to as the 'IFM web site'
2. In return for payment of the required fee, advertised on the IFM Copysite web site at www.ifm-bizop.co.uk, IFM agree to provide an IFM Copysite (hereinafter referred to as a 'Copysite') to the Copysite Applicant which will be valid for 12 months and subject to these terms and conditions.
3. The Copysite Owner acknowledges that he/she acts in the capacity of a self employed independent individual and not as an employee of IFM. Accordingly the Copysite Owner is responsible for his/her own accounts/records/tax and National Insurance contributions.
4. The Copysite Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of membership fee from all members who pay a membership fee on the Copysite. The Copysite Owner is not entitled to receive any other payment from IFM.
5. In the unlikely event that the whole or any part of a membership fee has to be refunded to a member who joined from the Copysite then the Copysite Owner agrees to refund to the member via PayPal the relevant amount of membership fee.
6. Should the Copysite Owner wish to engage in any form of advertising of the IFM service then it is understood that the Copysite Owner is responsible for his/her own advertising costs, stationery and any other overheads.
7. IFM is not liable for any loss sustained by the Copysite Owner either directly or indirectly as a result of his/her purchase of a Copysite.
8. IFM shall not be held liable for any error, delay or omission in the performance of its obligations under this contract. The liability of IFM to the Copysite Owner in any other event resulting from whatever cause shall not exceed £ 2.00
9. If IFM incur any expense, claims, penalties, damages legal or otherwise or are sued as a result of any unauthorised action/statement/representation made by the Copysite Owner purportedly on behalf of IFM then the Copysite Owner will fully indemnify IFM for all such losses resulting therefrom.
10. The Copysite Owner is authorised to use the approved IFM advertising text for the purpose of advertising. Any other advertising text promoting the IFM service may only be used by the Copysite Owner provided written permission has been granted by IFM beforehand.
11. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days cooling off period (cancellation period) counting from the day after you have submitted your application form which is when this contract is deemed to have been concluded. You are deemed to have taken ownership of the Copysite after the cooling off period or from the time you ask us to activate your Copysite whichever of those two events occur first. Once your ownership of the Copysite has commenced no part of the amount you paid to IFM for the Copysite is refundable.
12. It is unerstood that IFM have sole control over the Copysite content and as such the Copysite Owner agrees not to modify any of the Copysite files or folders. Changes to the Copysite can only be made with the consent of IFM.
13. If the Copysite Owner breaches any clause in these conditions or behaves in such a way as to make his or her continued position as a Copysite Owner untenable then this contract will be immediately terminated without refund of any part of the amount paid for the Copysite.
14. Upon expiry of the 12 month Copysite ownership period and provided clause 13 has not been invoked the Copysite Owner will be permitted to renew his or her ownership of the Copysite for a further 12 month period subject to a further payment of the relevant Copysite fee.
15. Either party will have the right to cancel this agreement at any time by giving one months notice to the other party by email. If IFM give notice to cancel this agreement then a pro rata refund of the annual Copysite fee will be refunded to the Copysite Owner. In such case the Copysite Owner will not be entitled to receive any other payment from IFM. If the Copysite Owner gives notice to cancel this agreement then no part of the annual ownership fee will be refunded.
